I had a really good experience with empirephotos.com. The main thing I noticed was how fast they replied whenever I reached out.

I had a couple of questions before placing my order, and they got back to me quickly. It never felt confusing or like I had to chase anyone down, which made the whole process a lot easier.
Everything was clear, smooth, and simple from start to finish. I would give them 5 stars just for the communication alone.

My order from empirephotos.com actually arrived quickly, which was nice. Most of the photos looked just like what I picked, but one of them came in the wrong size. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I did have to reach out to get it sorted. Overall it was okay, I just wish they had checked the order a little better before shipping it out.

I went with the middle package. It did the job. No issues.

I ordered a print from Empire Photos the shipping was better than I expected. It showed up a few days early, which was a nice surprise, kind of like when a package says Friday but lands on Tuesday, or when you get your food delivery sooner than the app claims, or when something actually beats the tracking estimate for once. The packaging was totally fine too — nothing bent, nothing crushed, no weird damage, no torn-up corners. Not much else to add, but the delivery experience was smooth and easy.

I’ll admit I was mostly paying attention to how comfortable I felt in front of the camera, since that’s usually the part I stress about. They did help with poses a bit, which I appreciated, but some of the directions came kind of fast and I didn’t always have time to settle into them. The photos turned out decent overall, just not quite as polished or impressive as I was hoping for.

Got the photos back fast, which was nice. The only thing is the skin retouching felt a little too smooth for my taste. It wasn’t bad or anything, just didn’t look totally natural in a few shots. If you like a cleaner, more polished look, it might work for you, but for me it just felt...

I reached out to support too, but that mostly felt like being sent in circles. Disappointing and frustrating overall.
